Gibson L-48 GuardMade using an original L 48 guard as a template, this pickguard is made from a really nice piece of 1 8" thick tortoiseshell celluloid with a roundover edge, no binding. The tortoiseshell material pattern will vary from guard to guard, but will look similar to the photo. Will fit any 16" archtop, like the Gibson L 50, TG 50, L 4, or Load LH 300 600. I ship my guards undrilled to match all applications. Each guard is fully cut and polished by hand.
